Artist and chef EJ Lagman presents a four-course dinner of flavors from Baguio, La Union, Manila, and Makan’s own version of Halo-Halo. The hodgepodge cuisine finds expression in the family-style meal, served on ceramics in signature form by Jose Solon Perfecto.

This dinner menu runs from October to December 2021.
