This selection of recent works are made with stoneware clays imported from India and Japan, blended and aged with red clay from San Juan, La Union. Solon Perfecto’s glazes use rice straw ash from the fields surrounding the studio, and mango ash from one of the neighbors' fire pit.
Each piece in this latest collection has a unique hand, mouth, and visual appeal and feel that can change with the contents, the mood, and/or crowd.
Use these drinking vessels daily as a mindful approach to hydration, libation, and a celebration of your own unique drinking culture.
